Can I cancel or modify my order after I submit it?
Once your order has been submitted it is automatically processed and cannot be reversed without contacting our customer service department. They will be happy to assist you and can be contacted via email at support@mylittlegenius.net.

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased from My Little Genius™, please return it within 30 days from the product delivery date for a refund less a 20% restocking fee.

How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are currently shipping in approximately 3-5 days from the moment payment is received. From that point the delivery time will depend on the method of shipment that you select. We utilize FedEx® for all of our shipping needs. For details regarding our shipping options please visit our Shipping Information page. 

Will you send an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail that will reflect the details of your order.

What do I do if I received a damaged item, an incorrect item or if an item is missing from my order.

How much do you charge for shipping?
The shipping prices depend on the shipping method you select when ordering your product(s) and are listed during the order process.

Do you ship to Canada or overseas?
No, we currently ship throughout the 48 Continental United States only. We do not ship internationally, however, we hope to offer international shipping in the near future. 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Unfortunately, we can't accept International credit cards or any credit card with a billing address outside the United States. We do accept money orders and checks as payments, however, when using these forms of payment we cannot process your order until your payment has been processed and cleared. Please see Payment Information for more details. We also may accept Purchase Orders from accredited educational institutions (please inquire within at sales@mylittlegenius.net).

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Do your prices on the website include tax?
Tax is only applicable to shipments to Virginia and Washington, D.C.
